After 25+ years we are still friends, even though we don't talk to each other on a regular basis we can still pick up were we last left off. Friendship that last a lifetime, this is sometimes rare and I am really proud to say they are all wonderful women and that they are my friends. They all came to see me at our new home, traveled for 4 hrs and stayed the weekend. We had so much fun together. I thought hey, I think I can give these a makeover. They are from Pier One and in great shape. Good bones.. A few cans of spray primer and walnut colored spray paint and they look good as new. Here is my window in the Master bathroom over our tub. It has block glass windows and I really love the light that comes in through this window. I was going for the less is more, keep it simple, philosophy. Pretty bottles with crystal beaded bottle stoppers. I thought it still needed something so I put just a tiny drop of blue food coloring in the bottle and some water. It is a very soft pale blue, I think that it looks so pretty against the glass block . I got this old Chandelier at a boutique I used to work at.
